Vinylmation

So excited...check out: http://eventservices.disney.go.com/static/vinylmation/blog.html

Olivia @ 5 months

Happy Five Months Baby Girl! You're starting to coo and blow bubbles....so very cute. You're just like your brother when it comes to drooling. You're a drooling machine. You are genuinely a happy baby...you wake up with smiles and I can tell that you're very excited when I greet you with a hug and kiss. We finally got your crib put together...you've been taking your naps in it but we haven't put you in the same room as Landon during the evening. It's not because we think you'll wake him up but we believe that he'll be the one to wake you. My singing calms you when you're having your bottle, not sure why, but it works. You love to watch the mobile...it helps you relax and it soothes you to sleep. We've tried feeding you rice cereal and we'll keep trying until you master solids. You're only 5 months but in certain brands you've outgrown the 9months pjs. You are one tall little baby.

I love you Olivia.

Simply Sent Medallion Medley & Say it Simply

My friend Marian sent this beautiful Medallion Medallion card...I love it. The print on this card is embossed and the label is an adhesive die-cut that coordinates with the Say it Simply stamp set. This kit is pretty...

Our Sunday

 Norman & Landon playing...need I say more?
Olivia's ready for the exersaucer...she loved watching Landon run around
while she was exploring her new toy.
Olivia sits real still for Daddy as he cuts her nails.

Olivia's first rice cereal...I'm not certain that she really ate any but it was a good practice run.

Olivia @ 21 weeks

Olivia is just about strong enough to sit up. She loves to reach out for things and grab hold of objects, especially her toes. I love giving her my fingers to hold...it's awesome! Happy Sunday!

Scrappin' Saturday!

One design two spreads...one for Olivia's book and the other for Landon.
Got to love it!
Need to put the finishing touches onto this spread...the title and journaling.
Not the most traditional theme for Olivia's book...she is a Halloween Baby afterall.

It is always nice to find pictures that fit into design layouts that are already completed.
It may seem backwards but it works for me.

Project Life 2011 - Update

Am I a practical person? I like to think that I made a practical decision this year by documenting my family happenings by going digital. It is totally a different approach to tradition scrapbooking...which I love and will continue without a doubt. I decided that this was something that I could keep up with and have a completed book at the end of the year. Now, that is the goal. Not to say that blogging and sharing on Facebook isn't a way of documenting happenings. Afterall, I love tradition and a printed book tickles me. I'm all caught up with the exception of one missing photo from last week...feels so good. You have no idea.

Just wanted to take a moment to share my progress on my Project Life. So far so good...I'm still able to keep up with the book. I am happy that I decided to go digital on the family memories for 2011.

My Happy Babies

My Happy Babies...sitting side by side on Landon's chair. I couldn't take a photo quick enough after pulling Olivia's hand out of her mouth. We must have taken at least a dozen photos before Landon decided he was done sitting.

Nature Walk

Tracey Nelson showed me this card and I just love its simple beauty and elegance. I had to make one and definitely plan for this to be a project this month. Thanks for sharing Trace!

Landon @ 20 months

Big day today. Landon turned 20 months. We started the day with our normal routine at home. Then we were off to Wyatt's 3rd birthday party at Garfield Park in South Pasadena.
Landon is so not shy. He'll approach any kid and want to play with them. A couple of kids were throwing a football around and Landon wanted to play too. He inserted himself and let them know in his way that he wanted to play.
We learned today that Landon truly loves dogs. He was so interested in approaching them, playing with them as well as walking them.
Who's walking who?
After moments, Landon was taking his little friend in the direction he wanted to go in. So stinkin' cute!
After having some lunch...we got into the Odysessy and headed down to Zac's 1st birthday party at Irvine Railroad Park. He was immediately drawn to the blue balloons and didn't want to let them out of his sight.
The moment he saw the jumper...he climbed right in and so did Daddy. As you can see, Daddy was being dog piled. Landon was having a blast...you could hear his giggles and laughter as he was being bounced around in there. So fun!

Before calling it a day, we wanted to chill by riding on the train. It was perfect way to end the day before heading back home. Thank you Uncle Simon for buying us the train tickets.

We were brave...we stopped at Delicious Corner for some dinner before going home. Glad we did. We all got to eat and Landon chowed. Yeah! We got home...Landon sat on the potty while Olivia got her bath. It was routine...kids got their baths, their milk and in bed by 7:30pm. Beautiful way to end the evening.

Olivia was a trooper today...she slept through most of Wyatt's party in the stroller and on the way down to Irvine. At Zac's party, she was held by many Uncles and Aunties...she is so lucky. She really is one happy baby.

Happy 20 months Landon boy!

Together

These pictures were take a week before baby Olivia arrived into the world. We spent the afternoon with Landon at the Americana in Glendale...where he ran around on the grass, watch the big water fountain spit water and ride the trolley. We met some friends for an early dinner at Granville where Landon has his first bites of cheese pizza. Later that evening...he got to enjoy his first Jamba Juice. Lucky boy!
