This was the third project we made at my open house last weekend. I wanted to change the color palette up a bit using one of SU!'s new hostess level 2 sets...Itty Bitty Buds. Colors: Tango Tangerine, Regal Rose, Kiwi Kiss, So Saffron and Whisper White.

I don't remember the last time I used this old favorite combination of colors. When I first started using SU! products....I loved to use Perfect Plum and Pale Plum together and I love how this card came out. The best part is that this card took less than 5 minutes to make. My stamping friends enjoyed creating this simple card at my Open House this last Saturday. Stamp set: SU!'s new hostess level 2 Dream A Little. Colors: Perfect Plum, Pale Plum, Whisper White and Kraft.
Norman and I celebrated our 2nd Wedding Anniversary today at Lawry's. I'd show you the card Norm made for me but he got smart this year...he purchased a stamped card from my card rack and gave himself a discount. Would have been funny if we gave each other the same card.

Gung Hay Fat Choy! Happy Chinese New Year! This 3x3 card is stamped with SU!'s hostess Level 2, A Little Somthin' using the 1-3/4" circle punch and new Rasberry Tart designer series paper. Colors: Pretty in Pink, Kiwi Kiss and Rose Red. This project was one of three cards everyone got to make at my Open House on Saturday.

The story begins with this picture. From left to right: Barbara, Karen, Stephanie, Charlotte, Darlet, Elaine, Teresa and Marcella.We all grew in South Pasadena and have we've known each other since elementary school. Once a year we bring our families together for a celebration. This year, Teresa, Derrick and Maddy hosted the get together in their new home in South Pasadena.
How we have grown over the years and this is truly one of my favorite times of the year when we get to visit, feast and watch the kids play.

My Love You Much class is going to take place this coming Saturday and I'm still playing around with this awesome bundle. Here is another look but not part of the class. I wanted to share a couple of wonderful gifts we received during the holidays. These beautiful ornaments were given to us from Godmother Fanny. I look forward to having them on our tree every year.
