Testing, testing, 123

Testing the blogger app on my iPhone.

Olivia finds the confidence to climb onto the dining room chairs. Trouble.

Landon's Red Barn Diorama

Landon's first take home project is to make a diorama of a red barn. It was a lot of fun to spend time with Landon to put this all together. It is so much fun to hear describe and tell you all about the red barn and the farm animals. He was adamant about making sure that the chickens had a nest of eggs. Too much fun.

Stampin' Up! Designer Fabric Summer Smooches

I found a little energy tonight to make a headband using SU!'s Sneak Peek Product...Summer Smooches Designer Fabric. Love the color combination, can't wait to try it on Olivia Girl.

I was on the horse first

I'm not sure about this

We learned that O is not a fan of the swing. We will try try again.

Super Landon!

My strong Landon Boy! He wanted to glide again and again. His little arms has some super strength. Happy 32 months!

Olivia's morning...

I've had a busy morning. I woke up at 2am and a diaper change and had a little bit of milk. I got to work out my lungs by crying and screaming. My daddy was really happy about that. I slept in til 10am. Mommy was really surprised and I woke up refreshed, singing and dancing. This morning...I've had milk, some cheerios, yogurt, and read this Cars book because it comes with a tool. One more thing...I now know how to climb onto the dining room chairs. I think I scared my Mommy.
I've also worked on my fine motor skills...this one is one of my favorites.
I also like the stars one too because it chimes and plays music. So much fun!
Then after working on my fine motor skills, I watched a little Super Why on TV. My gums are itchy...more teeth on the way.
Hi Mommy! Cheeese. Let me show you my tongue. Okay, I'm ready to go out and have lunch now. Let's go meet Daddy at U2 Cafe.

I had some noodles but the curry was too spicy for me. The duck was yummy. I also ran an errand with Mom but I was pooped. I need to get my beauty rest. I'm out. 2pm.

Happy Sunday!

We went to the California Science Center after dim sum today. It was a beautiful day to be out. Landon absolutely loved exploring in the Science Center. His favorite had to be the big fish tank. I think he could have sat and watched the fish and sharks for a real long time. We'll be going back.

L & O update - March 2012

Landon likes to feed the ducks at the park. Love his laugh.
Olivia sits in the red car as Landon feeds the ducks.
So girl.
 They cruise at the park.
 We're taking steps...Olivia and Yeh-Yeh.
We go for walks around the block in the morning.
Landon loves to hide in boxes. He thinks its fun and funny.
Red solo cup...I drink you up. She's standing all on her own.
 She's standing those bubbles.
 My happy Landon boy!
Hello Olivia... look so cool in my shades.
Potty time.

Stampin' Up! Send Me Soaring

I was inspired by Patty Bennett's card when I recreated this one. It was a nice change of pace from hearts and flowers ( I love them, don't get me wrong). Looking forward to sharing this project in my upcoming workshops as well.

Stampin' Up!: Send Me Soaring stamp set, Scallop Border Punch, White Bakers Twine.
Colors: Old Olive, Pool Party, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron, Tango Tangerine
I used the SU! Color Coach for a little help on the color combination. It is a wonderful tool to have handy. Love it!

Landon really loves his ABCs. He loves the letters and practices sounds all the time. He can almost say "X" correctly.  It has been so much fun to see him not only learn his letters but recognize them, the sounds it makes and hear him recite words that are associated with each letter of the alphabet. Way to go Landon!
